I've been in Leadership for more than 25 years and a TL for KW for more than 9 years. I thrive on loving on my agents and get great joy in serving their needs. My #1 goal is to "grow leaders" in our Market Center, and for them to become better leaders for their families. Each of us leads in some capacity and better leaders is what the world needs!
